Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Roman Borisovich Belov (ИНН 770871362722, ОГРНИП 322774600177836), operating under the brand name Forgecraft ("Service", "we", "us"), and the person using the Service ("User", "you").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Forgecraft provides managed hosting infrastructure for open-source AI agents — specifically Moltis and OpenClaw — accessible via Telegram bots and the web. We handle deployment, maintenance, and uptime so you do not need to manage servers yourself.

We are not the developers, authors, or copyright holders of the AI agent software (Moltis, OpenClaw, or any other agents). These are independent third-party open-source projects maintained by their respective communities under separate licences.

Forgecraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Telegram or its parent entities. Telegram is used solely as a delivery channel for bot interactions. All Telegram-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, initiating a subscription, or interacting with any part of the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

3. Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@forgecraft.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by T-Bank / Tinkoff (Russia) or Telegram Stars (international). Telegram Stars payments are non-refundable — refund requests for Stars must be directed to Apple or Google through the respective app store, as Stars are a platform currency outside our control.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the User.
  • A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment — request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Open-Source Software Disclaimer

The AI agents made available through this Service — including Moltis, OpenClaw, and any future agents — are third-party open-source software developed and maintained by independent communities and organisations.

We explicitly state that we:

  • Do not develop, own, or control the agent software, its source code, algorithms, logic, or update cycle
  • Make no warranties of any kind regarding the agents — express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Are not responsible for bugs, errors, downtime, unexpected behaviour, security vulnerabilities, or any defects in the agent software
  • Do not guarantee that agent software will function correctly, continuously, or safely

All agents are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". By using the Service, you accept all risks associated with third-party open-source software.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. We accept zero responsibility for any output, decisions, or actions produced by or based on AI agents.

  • You must not rely on AI output for critical decisions — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or business-critical decisions
  • If an AI agent deletes data, modifies files, causes system damage, or produces harmful content — we are not liable
  • You assume all risks arising from acting on AI-generated content
  • We are not the operators of the underlying AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and do not control their training, behaviour, or outputs

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained from AI agents before making decisions or taking action based on it.

You are the principal directing the AI agent's actions. When you instruct an agent to perform tasks — including but not limited to writing code, managing files, sending messages, or interacting with third-party services — you accept full responsibility for the consequences of those actions. The agent acts on your instructions, and we bear no liability for the results.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY OF ANY KIND. In no event shall the Service, its owner, employees, or partners be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Actions, errors, or inactions of AI agents or AI models
  • Inaccurate, misleading, harmful, or illegal AI-generated content
  • Deletion, corruption, or loss of user files and data
  • Unauthorised access to user data or security breaches
  • Actions of third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Telegram, Tinkoff, hosting providers)
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its owner, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees), and liabilities arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you create, submit, or transmit through the Service
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent Service limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, or other abuse
  • Resell or sublicence access to the Service without authorisation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service platform

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

We may also discontinue the Service in general with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Moscow, Russia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
